Who is CureMed?

Does CureMed perform medical procedures?
No. Procedures are carried out by our certified partner private hospital in Izmir, Turkey. CureMed is a UK-based referral and information service.
Does CureMed decide if I need surgery?
No. Diagnosis, candidacy and clinical advice come from the treating hospital’s qualified clinicians.
What happens after I contact you?
- You tell us the broad treatment category you are researching and your preferred contact method.
- We explain the referral process and, if you wish, arrange contact with the hospital.
- The hospital’s clinicians decide what medical information they need to assess suitability and confirm a treatment plan.
- Before proceeding, you receive written treatment and package costs, risks, alternatives, aftercare and cancellation terms.
Why Turkey?
Many patients consider treatment abroad for reasons such as access to experienced specialists, modern facilities, competitive pricing and shorter waiting times. The most important consideration is choosing a reputable provider and understanding the proposed treatment plan.
How does the payment work?
Under the current referral model, you contract with and pay the treating hospital directly. CureMed does not take payment for treatment.
When is pricing confirmed?
Initial figures may be available, but final treatment and package prices depend on clinical assessment and the hospital’s written quotation. No price is final until it is confirmed in writing.
Why do prices change?
Examinations may reveal different implant requirements, gum treatment, grafting, materials or follow-up costs.
Do procedures carry risks?
Yes. Every surgical or dental procedure has risks that your treating clinician must discuss with you.
Can CureMed promise results?
No. Individual outcomes vary and only the treating team can discuss realistic expectations.
Will I need more than one visit?
Some treatments do, especially implant restorations with healing between stages. Confirm your schedule with the hospital.
Can I send medical photographs through the contact form?
No. Use only the secure transfer method arranged by the hospital or CureMed after receiving suitable privacy information.
